LOCATION:
I am located in Columbiana, Ohio and typically work within the surrounding 60 miles. Special arrangements can be made for projects outside of this area.

CONSULTATIONS:
Initial Consultation:  Besides getting to know each other, we will discuss your artistic goals and how I can maximize them.  I will provide a portfolio including technique sample boards, photographs of some of my completed projects, and color fan decks which we can use to help determine project details.  I will also measure the space to be painted.  One meeting is usually enough to make most decisions and develop parameters for an estimate. 

There is a fee of $25 for the initial consultation, payable at that time, and refundable from the project cost.

Additional Consultations:  There will be a non-refundable charge of $25 for each additional pre-agreement consultation.

ESTIMATE:
I will call with an estimate of the total cost shortly after project parameters have been established.  If there are no changes to the project, I will stick by my estimate.  Changes could result in additional fees.

CUSTOM SAMPLES:
A sample board of the colors and technique can be made upon request.  A standard fee of $10 plus the cost of materials will be charged for each sample.

FEES: 
Charges are based on the amount of area to be painted, the complexity of the technique and the number of colors and/or applications involved, plus material costs and a flat mileage fee.

Project specific factors such as unusual heights, obstacles or other access impediments, for example, might add to the cost.

Free-hand painting, stenciling and stamping are difficult to estimate.  I try to get as close to the final cost as I can, but in this case, an estimate is just an estimate.  I charge by the hour for these, so you will know what you're getting into.

PAYMENT:
Full payment will be expected at the project's completion.  A deposit will be requested for projects over $500.
